Compassionate end-of-life planning and support

Death is a profound human experience, not only a medical event. Yet because it remains a taboo subject, we are often left to make monumental, high-stakes decisions under intense pressure.

My work is to handle the heavy lifting. Whether you are navigating a terminal diagnosis, a caregiver in need of respite, or looking to plan ahead, I translate your core values into a practical plan. By anchoring the logistics, I help support you in making space to live fully at the end of life. You don’t have to walk through life's greatest mystery alone.

What is a death doula?

A death doula is a non-medical professional who provides holistic support, education, and specialized guidance to individuals and communities navigating the end of life.

Within my practice, I bring a unique focus to:

  • End-of-life planning & project management

  • After-death care education

  • Grief ritual facilitation & mindfulness meditation

Why should I plan for end-of-life?

Navigating life's final transition shouldn't mean drowning in logistics under pressure. Organizing your details ahead of time is a profound act of care that strips away the sudden noise of high-stakes decision-making.

A thoughtful end-of-life plan provides:

  • Clarity replacing sudden, overwhelming administrative panic.

  • Protection for your family's emotional and financial well-being.

  • Presence so you can focus on truly living at the end of life and beyond.

About Me

My Mission

Guided by a lifelong calling to death and grief work, I leverage my background as a mother, an avid nature lover, and a death doula with a Master's degree in Thanatology to help families find connection and presence amidst the overwhelming logistics of end-of-life care.

I believe that relationships are our greatest source of resiliency, and that death, when brought out of the shadows, offers profound opportunities for transformation and learning. By translating your core values into clear, structured plans (whether through future roadmaps, caregiver respite, or meaningful vigil rituals) I help strip away the noise of complex details to build a comforting scaffold around your family.

I am here to walk beside you, grounding the practical coordination so you can focus entirely on being wholly present with your loved ones.
